Crispy Crunchy Parmesan Potatoes Done Right

My mom is the only person that I know that could consider a potato a meal. She would throw a baked potato in the oven and when it was done, pull it out, season and butter it up, and munch down being completely satisfied. I like potatoes too, but more for a side dish than a whole meal! That was until I found these crispy parmesan potatoes on Spend with Pennies.

The picture alone had me salivating to try some. Later in the week, we were having a meatloaf so I figured it was the perfect time to try these. My husband looked less than pleased when he didn’t have his favorite mashed potatoes to go with his meat, but he reluctantly took a helping of these.

Without further complaint, he practically inhaled these. I ate all of my potatoes too and barely had room for my meatloaf. My kids couldn’t get enough of them. Now I make them all the time just by themselves in a bigger quantity. I know my family is going to be happy just eating these for a quick lunch or late dinner…or mid-day snack!

Why isn’t there a print button on these recipes? I would love to print them out and put them in a binder, but I have to copy them instead and can’t get the picture that way. Help, someone.

I was wishing the same thing. I did the same thing as you. I copied and pasted the recipe in a word document. I was able to copy the image by right clicking on the photo and selecting “copy image” so I added that to the recipe sheet.

click ctrl p and the printer will come up with the preview. Its usually more than one sheet of paper but there is anumber on top ( the onewith the picture and the print is usually on page 1) nstead of the button that says “all” pages select the choice under that that said pages and type 1 or 1,2 if you need the first 2 pages ( that wy you dont print all the comments like these etc). click print and y0ou have picture and instructions 🙂

You can copy and paste the text and if you want to add the great picture save the image to a file and then import it when you copy and paste the text, you may have to shrink it to make it all fit on one page.

You can copy and paste the picture as well, click on the picture, right mouse copy and paste into your docx. I usually set it in a text box and move it around for best placement.
