Crispy cookies are not too popular right now, but after looking around more, I realized that people do enjoy them, just not as a normal cookie. They like them to dip it in hot chocolate or with their afternoon cup of tea. It is something that is becoming more popular and honestly, if you lived in England, you would be having it a lot more every day. These are delicious and the perfect afternoon treat.
Check out what our friends over at The Baking Chocolatess had to say about this:
“These all-star cookies are for the thin, chewy and crispy chocolate chip cookie freaks out there in the world. They are so, so amazing. It’s been so long since I’ve had thin, chewy and crispy cookie, I guess I didn’t realize how much I would absolutely adore these Perfect Thin & Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies!”
