Okay, maybe not an oblivion because there would be nothing left to the casserole but you get my point. The recipe on the next page is for an egg, corn, and crab casserole and it couldn’t be any tastier. I had this when I went to visit my grandpa in Florida. Apparently, it’s quite a hit at the retirement park clubhouse.
don’t worry, even though there is crab in this casserole it is seriously easy to make as you use canned crab meat. No need to go out into the ocean to catch yourself some pinchy crustaceans.
