Creamy, Comforting Chicken And Mushroom With Broccoli Alfredo

Crockpot meals are my go-to for busy or lazy nights.  This right here is the best.  With just three ingredients of chicken, cream of mushroom soup and some Portobello mushrooms, you have got yourself a meal that can be prepped in no time.  If you really want to save even more time and mess, add some egg noodles to the mix to cook along with it and you will not even have to make a side dish with this mushroom chicken.

Guys this is awesome! It is the perfect dish to enjoy at home and then pack up to take to work the next day.  These are my favorite types of recipes!

 

Ingredients

3-4 chicken breasts

1 can Campbell’s Cream of mushroom soup

1 package Portobello Mushrooms

1 16 oz. bag frozen broccoli florets

Instructions

Place thawed chicken breasts in crockpot.

Evenly place sliced mushrooms and broccoli over the top and dump soup over it all.

Cover and cook on low for 6 hours (or high for 4)
