Corn Dogs…For Breakfast!?!

My kids, ever since they could eat solid food, just loved corn dogs. I would always make them from a box that I picked up in the frozen food section. After about a minute in the microwave, lunch was served. It was quick and easy for me, and they ate them so how could I go wrong? One day, I found this recipe for breakfast corn dogs on Recipe Lion. As soon as I started reading it I was certain that it was written just for my kids.

It’s all of their favorite aspects of a traditional corn dog, just altered to be made for breakfast. I couldn’t resist making them and picked up the ingredients the very next day. When I finally had the chance to put them together, it was the weekend.

They loved each and every bite. They weren’t as easy as the ones you buy in a box, but they were so much better. This is a definite keeper in our house and we have it regularly now.

The most important meal of the day gets checked off with everyone being satisfied…including me!
