When I made this dip, my husband said I should probably start my own Chuy’s here in our town, haha! I think I will leave the restaurant business for others, but I have no problem making this creamy jalapeño dip as often as my husband wants me to. I served this with nachos but I bet this would work great as a spread, too, so you could try this on baguette slices!
Ingredients
1 cup Daisy sour cream
1 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise
5 tablespoon dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1/2 cup pickled jalapeno peppers
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
garlic (optional)
Instructions:
Wash and dry the cilantro. Use only the tops of the cilantro steam, discarding the majority of the cilantro stems. Chop cilantro into coarse pieces. Place sour cream, mayonnaise, dry Ranch Dressing mix, jalapeno peppers, lime juice, and coarsely chopped cilantro into a blender. Pulse 7 or 8 times. Pour dip into bowl.
