This Copycat Dip Is Better Than The Original!

This creamy dip pairs up perfectly with all kinds of crackers and chips. I have also served this on dinner rolls, with soups and stews. It’s a nice change from the traditional dinner sides that we usually have. My whole family enjoys spicy flavors so this is perfect for us. My kids are teenagers already so I don’t have to worry about serving too spicy foods – in fact, they would probably prefer this even hotter than it is!

And of course you can tweak the amount of jalapenos to make this just as mild or hot as you’d like!

Ingredients

1 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise

1⁄3 cup Borden buttermilk (can use more, for desired consistency)

1⁄3 cup chopped jalapeno

1⁄3 cup green chili

1⁄3 cup cilantro leaf

1 (1-oz.) packet dry ranch dressing mix

Instructions:

Mix ingredients in blender or food processor, until smooth.

Serve with tortilla chips, or as a salad dressing.
