Classic Tall New York Cheese Cake – This Cake Is Stacked Like The Empire State Building!

Rich and creamy New York cheesecake is deliciously simple.

For those that have had New York cheesecake – you already know why it’s so darn good. For those that haven’t, trust me when I say your life will be changed. This is not your Jello cheesecake mix, this is not Cheesecake Factory (which is amazing but not quite the same.) This is TRUE cheesecake! If you haven’t had it … it’s time! Nothing trumps this style. You can top it with strawberries, blueberries or even cinnamon apples among other popular choices, but it’s unbelievably delicious without any topping at all.

Having a cheesecake that stands on its own is impressive. I still put a squirt of whip cream on mine because whenever we traveled up to New York City from New Jersey our favorite bakery did the same. It brings back happy and fun memories!

If you can’t travel there, this is definitely the next best thing and the closest I’ve had to the original.
