I am a huge fan of cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting and I bet you are too.
These cinnamon cheese squares are almost the same thing but so much easier to make! You see, the cream cheese is a filling that gets baked inside of these squares.
There is no rolling out of dough or any lengthy process to this recipe at all. It’s very simple to make and creates one heck of a breakfast. Now, I’m not one to serve my family a load of sugar in the morning so I made some protein-rich eggs and sausage to go with these cream cheese cinnamon squares.
It’s all about balance, right? It was a grand breakfast and everyone got their day started with full bellies and happy smiles on their faces 🙂
