Cinnamon And Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes – A Fall Must-Have

Your friends and family will think that these delicious little cupcakes are made from scratch because they taste so doggone good! I think these yummy little cupcakes would make the perfect party treat. Whether it be for a school classroom or a church gathering these yummy cupcakes will be a hit! Try not to eat two of them…I dare you! Are you up for the challenge?

My kitchen was filled with a heavenly aroma, too! I can’t believe how wonderful these cupcakes smell as they are baking. I wanted to eat the air haha!

 

Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines golden vanilla cake mix, prepared as directed & uncooked

1 c McCormick pumpkin pie mix

1/2 c Domino brown sugar

2 c chopped Fisher walnuts, divided by half

2 Tbsp McCormick cinnamon, ground

1 pkg Philadelphia cream cheese frosting

Instructions

Combine cake batter and pumpkin mixture in large bowl, mixing well.

Add cinnamon, 1 cup walnuts & brown sugar, mixing well.

Spoon into cupcake liners about 2/3 full. Bake at 375 until toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool, and frost generously. Sprinkle with remaining walnuts.

Quick Tip: I like to sprinkle pralines on top of these cupcakes instead of the pecans. Yummy!
