As you all probably know, I am a huge fan of fall baking.
Most of my recipes for the last 2 months have been nothing but pumpkin, apple, and brown sugar and cinnamon inspired delights. I just love how these ingredients make me feel while they are being baked into something sweet and yummy. There’s nothing like stepping out onto the back porch with a fall-themed baked good on hand and a cup of coffee while wrapped in a blanket.
These autumn cupcakes cover all the basics of fall baking as they are filled with the yummy flavors of the season. Experience hints of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice with these ones. The frosting is heavenly and you’ll have a hard time not eating more than one of these beautiful cupcakes.
I made these treats for my son’s elementary Halloween party last week and they were a huge hit with both the kids and teachers. This recipe is a keeper 🙂
