Cinn-Sational Cinnamon Cobbler Reminds You Of The Comforts Of Home

This past Christmas, my husband and I had so many visits to do.

First, we did our own Christmas at home. We woke up early, but our Christmas tradition breakfast of peach French toast in the oven and brought our presents to the couch. We put the channel on the T.V. of the Yule log and played Christmas music and opened our gifts on our own. After that, we got ready and started making our rounds.  We knew we had a long day ahead so we showered and had a good breakfast.

We visited my parent’s house, then my uncle’s and finally my father in law’s. We ate 4 meals that day and were positively stuffed. We thought we wouldn’t eat another meal again for days! But as we pulled into our home near midnight, we noticed a casserole dish on our doorstep.

It was a snicker doodle cobbler by my neighbor Anne. We figured we’d leave it for tomorrow, but when I opened the dish, I took a bite and was hooked. We ate half of it there. It was so delicious and after asking Anne for the recipe, I realized it was easy to make as well. I think this will be our new Christmas tradition!
