Can you guess what it is?
There are two ways I enjoy Oreo Cookies, and this is one. Who can deny that one of these babies baked into the center of a chocolate chip cookie isn’t totally indulgent and totally delicious? They bake up HUGE and the very best part, for me anyway, was watching my family take a bite and have a look of shock and happiness when they realized there is an Oreo in there! The other way I love my Oreos is from the fair – deep fried. But I can only have that once a year so I am SO glad I found another dessert recipe I can enjoy. I suppose I can deep fry them myself but in a way, that kind of takes away the magic of them.
So I guess we are stuck with the chocolate chip Oreos the rest of the year – however shall we survive?
I guess with a big glass of milk and dipping skills!
