Chicken That Will Leave You Saying OMG!

This is a recipe that only takes seconds to prepare and not long to cook. With a meat entree that is this simple, I like to spend my time preparing some fun side dishes. If I’m not feeling like the kitchen is where I want to be, I can just steam a vegetable and serve it with a box of mac and cheese. Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Recipe Lion:

“…this baked chicken recipe will “wow” you with its simple yet delicious flavors. It’s also easy to prepare…”

When the kids are happy, so am I. This has a yummy flavor that even the most selective eaters will enjoy. The crunchy topping makes it fun for little ones!

Ingredients

1/2 cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise

1/4 cup shredded Kraft Parmesan cheese

4 boneless skinless chicken breast cutlets

4 teaspoons Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Place mayo and cheese in a small bowl and mix.

Lay chicken breasts on baking sheet (I line my baking sheet with parchment paper to make clean up easy) and spread mayo mixture evenly atop each.

Next evenly sprinkle bread crumbs atop each.

Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly and juices run clear. Tops should be browned.

You can also finish them off under the broiler for a minute or two to get them extra browned on top.

Season with a dash of fresh cracked pepper and sea salt, if desired.

Quick Tip: If it comes out too mushy for your liking, try it with less mayo.

I’ve been making this for years and one thing I add to it is Italian blend cheese, a handful on each breast before the bread crumbs. Delicious!
