These Cheesy Crab Cups Are Fit For A Party!

Amy loves to serve good food all the time. She prides herself in serving the best party food. They’re all home-cooked. She never hires people to do the job for her. She works hard for all of her parties, which is why her parties are talk of the town. Nope, it’s never about the theme or the souvenirs or even for social purposes. People go to Amy’s parties because of the food. Amy’s mother was known to be one of the best cooks in town and when she died, Amy wanted to make her proud.

I went back home a couple of months ago for a wedding of a friend. Amy was hired to cook all the food because it seems tradition. One of the highlights of her food that day was her cheesy crab cups. They were these tiny little pastry cups that were filled with cream, cheese, crabs, and herbs.

Oh my goodness, I ate like a dozen, I think! They were very flavorful and really delicious. I was to full to eat the main course because I did stuff myself with those little bites. I asked Amy about the recipe because who wouldn’t want something like that all the time? But well, she needed to keep it a secret. So I just scoured the internet for something similar and this recipe is what I found.
