Cheesy Chicken Parmesan Pull Apart Bread

I have made this for a quick dinner at home too. It’s so simple and my kids love it. With just the four of us, there is plenty to go around and fill us up. Usually, I prepare a nice salad to go with it and it instantly becomes a full meal. Another idea would be to have it alongside a hearty bowl of chili or nice bowl of homemade soup. Ingredients

1 unsliced round bread loaf

12 oz . Kraft mozzarella or provolone cheese slices

1 chicken breast shredded

3 T . Land O’ Lakes butter melted

1/2 tsp . McCormick’s garlic powder

1 tsp . Italian seasoning

2 T . Parmesan cheese

warm marinara sauce for dipping

 

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

 

Cut the bread lengthwise without cutting through the bottom crust.

 

Place bread on baking sheet, laying a good-sized sheet of foil on the sheet.

 

Place shredded chicken and cheese between cuts.

 

Cut bread widthwise without cutting through the bottom crust.

 

Combine butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush over bread with a pastry brush.

 

Sprinkle bread with Parmesan cheese.

 

Wrap bread completely in foil.

 

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

 

Unwrap the bread, leaving the foil underneath, and bake 5-10 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.

 

Serve with a side of warmed marinara sauce for dipping.
