Cheesy BBQ Beef Brisket Casserole – You’ve Gotta Try It!

If you like hamburger and cheese you will really enjoy this yummy casserole! It’s like eating a pizza burger in baking dish form. Have any of you ever had a pizza burger before? Oh. My. Goodness. Pizza burgers are uh-mazing and you should definitely try one. I’ve had a veal patty pizza burger before that had been deep fried and it was so yummy. So, yeah, if you like yourself a good old-fashioned pizza burg you are going to love this amazing casserole!

My kids love this yummy hamburger casserole and I’m pretty sure yours will, too.

Ingredients

7 Ounces Pack Kraft Sharp cheddar cheese (or just cheddar)
1½ Pounds Ground beef
1 Can Pillsbury Flakey biscuits (8 count)
1 Cup Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce
¼ Cups French’s Yellow mustard

Instructions

Pre heat oven 350 and brown your beef.

Grease up your pan really good because you don’t want the bread to stick! I like to use crisco and not the nonstick spray.

Mash out the biscuits flat so they stick together and it’s one sheet.

Put them in the oven for 5 minutes. Only want them SLIGHTLY brown.

Next you want 1 cup of BBQ. Add to ground beef.

1/4 cup of mustard. Add to beef.

Cook the two sauces together with the beef. Taste it. If you want more of a mustard taste add more or you can add more BBQ.

Spread beef evenly over bread.

Add cheese I use the whole 7 oz bag.

Put back in oven for 10-15 minutes or until biscuits are done and cheese is all melted!
