I absolutely love chocolate. Oh goodness, it is just the perfect treat that suits any occasion. You know what I mean… It is mid-afternoon, you are craving something sweet, are not really in the mood for the healthy snack of strawberries and whipped cream… so instead you go to a bit on the more indulgent side: chocolate. Ahh, there is nothing better than a nice big piece of milk or dark chocolate in the smack middle of the afternoon, if you ask me.
If you are a white chocolate lover though, I won’t hate. That counts, too. 🙂 Well, as I was searching for a recipe to serve up to my grand kids for when they come over later this week, I remembered Alexa, my grand daughter talking about how much she loves burnt fudge.
I had no idea what this was so I called my friend Molly and she explained it was a style of cooking the fudge. So I decided that was what I was going to make to surprise Alexa. I got my cake mixer out and all the ingredients and set out to make this deliciousness! I was quite pleased with the very amazing results, that’s for sure!
