Browned Butter Takes This Classic Bread To The Next Level

Neya is a health freak. She doesn’t eat food that doesn’t have any nutritional value. It’s quite a bit difficult to hang out with her because you will only really eat at restaurants she approved of.  And how many restaurants don’t use oil for their food? Well, I am not really a close friend, but I have been a victim of her health-freakiness because she is Egbert’s girlfriend.

Egbert is one of my dearest cousins, he and I have always been close. He has been together with Neya for three years already and I don’t know how they do it. It’s kind of hard to compromise on food!

Egbert comes from our family so he truly loves sinful and rich food. And Neya just loves the opposite. Neya is really a one of a kind girl, though, so I have nothing against her.

We really try to get along with her and we know she does the same. Last time she even made an effort of baking us something that she thought we would love. It was some kind of pumpkin bread that reminds me of the recipe posted on the next page.

The only difference is, this recipe is a bit richer because while nutritious, it’s not as healthy as Neya’s version. Check out this recipe and let me know what you think!
