Breakfast…In Cookie Form!

These cookies are so delightful.  They have the perfect sugary and oat texture topped with perfectly baked cinnamon sugar apples.  They are so amazing and I absolutely love having these for breakfast any time of the week. Really, they have become something I look forward to.  I bake a huge batch and leave them in my pantry in individual sized bags to grab and go. Yum, yum. yum! These are quite the morning treat that will drag you right out of bed.

Check out what our friends over at Walmart had to say about these:

“Cookies that capture the delicious flavor of the fall apple season.”

Not only that, but they are the best year round breakfast!
