Bold & Beautiful Block Party Broccoli Salad

This is one of my favorite dishes to take to potlucks not only in the summer but all year long. It’s so crisp and refreshing. Everyone always raves about it and I have learned over the years that I need to take at least a double batch if it’s going to be more than just a few people. The leftovers are amazing if there are any, so I’m never worried about making too much! Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at All Recipes:

“This recipe is so good, my whole family loved it.”

Everyone always takes a huge helping of this salad when it’s on the table.

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/8 cup Domino white sugar

2 teaspoons ground black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

2/3 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, and crumble.

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheese, bacon and onion.
