I Bet You’ve Never Had Salmon Like This Before

Do you love fish? I know I do, but it is often so hard to come by and difficult to make where I live. Frying it stinks up the house and due to the humidity in our area, baking it is not much better. It is tough to cook well without stinking up my whole house for days, so I usually resorted to going to a restaurant when in the mood for fish or anything remotely delicious that is close to that.

Well, after a long time of going out every time I wanted fish, I realized there had to be something I could do at home.  Something that allowed me to eat this deliciousness without having to go out every single time.  I mean, fish is expensive as it is…and now having it out? Ahh, it was just too much money. 

Well, I found a recipe that made it easy to place in a covered casserole dish or wrapped in foil and bake on its own with no problems or much of a smell. And actually, the seasoning on this salmon is so good, the smell that is emitted is more of the seasoning than the fish.  It is just that amazing!
