Nobody has to tell me to eat my greens twice when this stir-fry is being served.
So, I ain’t gonna lie, my entire family is a bunch of picky eaters. I really don’t understand why as I’ve never enabled them to whine or cry at the dinner table and feed them alternative things. What mama makes is what you eat or you go hungry. I’m a mean mom haha! Anyway, I went out on a limb and made them beet green bacon zucchini stir-fry topped with cheese. Guess what? They loved it!
