Beef Stroganoff In A Slow Cooker? Oh Yes – And It’s Out Of This World!

It Doesn’t Get Any Easier Than This!

Beef stroganoff is a staple in most people’s dinner rotation, and for a good reason. The dish is savory, tasty and pretty inexpensive, and it’s usually a hit even with the picky eaters.

I know my 5-year-old loves the dish, even though he mostly seems to be enjoying French fries and chicken nuggets these days! Needless to say, we are having beef stroganoff quite often so I’ve tried a bunch of different recipes for it. This slow cooker one quickly became my favorite!

I love the fact that I only need a few minutes to prepare this meal, and my crock pot will take care of the rest for me. Who wants to spend the whole afternoon in the kitchen, anyway? Not I, that’s for sure!

I don’t add sliced mushrooms to the recipe (again, picky eater…) but you could definitely do that, if you’d like. I do, however, use cream of mushroom soup to add some of that flavor I like so much.
