The Only Beef Bean Soup Recipe That Your Family Needs!

Every time that I go and meet with my brother’s family, I always have a story to tell about my niece when I get back. She’s just a gift to all of us. She’s growing up to be witty and smart and pretty, and extremely curious. She asks a lot of things lately and she always wants answers. When kids are at this age, it’s sometimes amusing and exasperating at the same time. Because once they start asking, you know they won’t stop until you’re already getting a headache!

So anyway, during one of my visits, I discovered that Andy (my sister-in-law) has finally found a vegetable dish that my niece became addicted to! It was a beef bean soup recipe that Andy learned from her own mother. For some reason (because I know a lot of kids who hated them), my niece fell in love with the taste of beans.

Some kids found the somehow cottony texture of beans unpleasant in their mouths, but my niece truly loved them. Andy said she even requested that her mom made the soup once a week just so she could eat them. I witnessed it too, how much she loved it because she asked for seconds.

They said beans are good for the brain. Maybe they’re the reason why she’s so curious lately!
