Batter Up! These Sliced Potatoes With Onion Butter Are A Home Run!

Set the table and curl your hair because we’re having buttery, oniony, sliced potatoes and this recipe is something to celebrate!

One of the best parts of dinnertime at my mother’s table was how innovative she was with what she had on hand. Growing up, there were five kids and not a whole lot of money to go around. Mom would never waste food or throw anything away so we often ate casseroles that were made from previous meals. Mom also had a big garden and we ate many things from the harvest, too, like potatoes and onions.
