My girlfriends and I often hang out when the guys have plans together. Usually, the boys will go and watch any sport live while we stay at home and just do what girls usually do—plot on how to take over the world. Kidding! We always just want a movie marathon. We love watching chick flicks, something that we would get teased for if the guys were around. So we usually take the opportunity and binge watch the likes of Serendipity and The Notebook.
To accompany us in our journey to tears and heartfelt moments, we prepare something that we would love to eat all day. Usually, it’s baked ziti. Ugh. It’s everyone’s favorite! In fact, each of us has a version of this pasta.
We make different sauces for it, which is why it really tastes differently depending on who will make it. But since they’re in my house, I don’t usually cook.
I allow them to cook on their own. Haha. While I go relax and start on a movie with the others, two would be at the kitchen preparing our baked ziti. The classic taste of this pasta just doesn’t go out of style. It will always be our favorite even though there are a lot of new pasta dishes that are coming out recently. A classic is still classic!
