You Aren’t Going To Find A Better Breakfast Casserole Than This Amish-Inspired Version

I am a prominent member of my church, and devoted to what I do. I like to organize the members that we worship with at least once a month so that we can spend some time socializing and getting to know any of the new members. It’s a great way to catch up with those that we have known for years. It also works really well to help the new individuals feel like part of the congregation. I have found the best way to get the biggest response is by hosting a potluck right after Sunday’s service.

Everyone is already at the church so they don’t mind taking the short walk over to the hall where we gather for our meal. The biggest crowd pleaser that I have found so far is the Amish inspired breakfast casserole that I dug up on My Recipes.

I love it because it’s so simple to make. Everyone always heads straight for it. I have even had people ask me when they come in if I have prepared it that day. Of course! That’s my response nine times out of ten. It’s cheap to make so I don’t mind the small cost it is to make so many people happy.
