Apple Streusel For The Beginning Baker

This dessert is awesome in the fall when I can get fresh apples from the apple orchard down the road. However, it is also great during other months with apples from the store. I always mix them up a bit to give it the best flavor. Sometimes I will make this for an after school snack for my kids and they just love it. It makes a pretty good sized pan so there is always enough leftover to have a second helping after dinner too! Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Recipe Lion:

“If you need quick easy dessert recipes, then look no further because this quick easy slow cooker recipe is just what you need.”

When we have an event that requires dessert, this is perfect because it can cook while I work on other things!

1 teaspoon vanilla
