You Could Almost Make This Chicken In Your Sleep!

Not only is this dish super duper easy to make, it’s also really cheap to throw together. You don’t have to stick with the chicken breast cut of meat. If there is another type on sale this week, go ahead and use that. Just make sure that you adjust your cooking times accordingly. Feel free to make your own additions and substitutions. This is a really fun and simple recipe to play around with. Ingredients

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts

1 (28-ounce) can Hunt’s Italian-seasoned diced tomatoes

1 envelope Herb and Garlic Recipe soup mix (Lipton’s or similar)

hot cooked rice or pasta

Kraft Parmesan cheese, grated

 

Instructions

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Mix chicken, tomatoes and soup mix together, and pour into slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Serve over rice or bow tie pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
