This Vintage Dessert Is A Huge Hit Every Time I Make It
Who here is into vintage desserts? Just pop your hand in the air if you air. Now, I know I can’t see you guys and gals but I’m willing to bet that there aren’t any hands left on the keyboard 🙂 You guys and gals are really going to enjoy how easy this Watergate salad is to make as it literally only takes 5 minutes to prepare. I think my grandma’s recipe took much longer but we’ve modernized this little gem to fit our busy lives.
I like to sprinkle crushed nuts on the top of my salad and add a few mini marshmallows and maraschino cherries to the top for a pretty presentation. This look is highly recommended during the holidays.
Mix your salad in a transparent glass bowl so everyone can see the beautiful green hue 🙂
