Chicken is my favorite meat. I eat poultry, specifically chicken, almost every day. It is on rare occasions, such as Sunday lunch with the family after church, that I eat something different such as ground beef, a steak, or a pork chop. It just is not in my weekly rotation, and I like it that way. Thankfully, my family loves it, too so it is not a problem at all. However, since we do eat it so often, I am always looking for new recipes to make it.
I have tried it in the crock pot, in the oven, brining it, on the grill, or just on the stovetop. Every time, it is delicious and worth it. But I wanted a new recipe to try it.
So I was on the hunt for a new recipe. Something that was original and I had not tried before. Also something that kids would love and would go great with a side of mac and cheese or mashed potatoes.
I searched high and low but felt I had come across these recipes many times in the past. Well, after much looking, I came across this new recipe. It fulfilled all my requirements: new, delicious and great for kids with a side of mac and cheese.

Quick Tip: Serve with mashed potatoes.
Too bad you can’t take the time to put a name to a recipe. Would love to try it but cannot put something on the table without a name for when someone asks what they are eating.
Are you serious? Call it whatever you want! It’s delicious!
Rosemary get a life. Call it chicken in honey. I hate when people always have a stupid comment.
I am just going to call it honey mustard chicken!!
