Let’s pretend for a moment that we are sitting in a cozy living room together and discussing our favorite cake recipes. Now, by a show of hands, who here LOVES sheet cakes? I’m totally raising both of my hands right now. Don’t ask me how I’m managing to type with both my hands raised. I guess I’m simply magical 🙂 LOL I wish! I love this recipe found on Mennonite Girls Can Cook for vanilla sheet cake with pineapple cream cheese frosting. It looks like something you’d find in a bakery but it’s really simple to whip up! Shocking, really!
