Don’t Even Dream Of Hosting A Get-Together Without These Recipes
It’s that time of year again! Ya’ll know what I’m talking about, don’t you? Everyone is going crazy about the sun, the cherry blossoms and the beautiful springtime nature. All I can think about (and especially my husband) is the first BBQ party of the season! My family loves to gather together almost every weekend during the summer, we enjoy new recipes as well as old classics, and everyone brings in something so that no-one has to do everything on their own. I’ve already started the preparations by looking for easy salad recipes that will complement grilled foods.
Over the years I have tried so many salads it is almost impossible to surprise me with a brand new recipe. Some of them have been really fancy – they were super tasty, don’t get me wrong! But I must say when it comes to family get-togethers, I want things to be simple. After all, it’s about spending time together, not slaving away in the kitchen.
So, here they are; my 5 favorite easy salad recipes. I’ve made these for special occasions as well as weeknight dinners, and they’ve always been a success. I cannot name a favorite of these… Can you?
