Every now and then I come across a dip that is wonderful not just for an appetizer, but I will easily eat the whole thing for dinner. I know, I know, definitely not healthy, but I cannot help it when everything is so delicious and perfectly combined. I love when I find a dip that combines flavors I never have or never even thought of combining. It makes cooking fun and exciting and really makes me love what I do.
One of the best things ever is coming across a new recipe you have never tried and making it and realizing it’s absolutely amazing and you cannot live without it. That is what this dip is like. This dip is a Greek combination of flavors that I have never tried together. I love Greek food and typically eat it every now and then, but I never made a layered Greek dip.
I have made loads of layered Mexican dips, but I am so glad I ran across this recipe on Pinterest and get to make it now on the regular at home. This is easy to make, full of basic ingredients you probably already have in your pantry, and absolutely delicious.
