6 Country Style Recipes, #3
You won’t believe how easy this is! It’s always a good time for some fudge. When you feel like trying something new with your regular vanilla fudge, try this peanut butter fudge recipe. It only takes four ingredients to make and only 10 minutes to cook.
This recipe makes about 16 pieces (or 10, depending what you think a good size for a piece of fudge is…)
Anyone can make this in no time. And even better, you don’t have to go to the grocery store to buy all those weird ingredients you’ve never heard of. Oh, and making a double batch is never a bad idea… trust me.
Ingredients
2 cups granulated Domino white sugar
½ cup McArthur milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
Directions
Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
Bring sugar and milk to a boil in a saucepan. Allow to boil for about 2½ minutes, stirring regularly, and then remove from heat. Add the vanilla extract and peanut butter, and stir until smooth.
Pour into the prepared pan and let cool. Slice into 1-inch squares.

Quick tip: You can add dried fruit or crushed nuts into the mixture for more texture and flavor.
Cinnamon is not listed among the ingredients; however, first paragraph of instructions states, “Mix together the water, oats, maple or brown sugar, honey, butter, salt and CINNAMON. Please explain.
I don’t see anything that says cinnamon. Not sure what you are reading.
