5-Minute Colorful Coleslaw In A Vinegar Base – Fresh And Crisp

I am all for creamy coleslaw recipes but sometimes I just want the fresh and tart taste of red wine vinegar. There is just something crisp and refreshing about a vinegar based coleslaw that makes my mouth water. This coleslaw recipe is super colorful with the green and purple cabbage, carrots, and purple onions. I love it! Now, my kids aren’t huge fans of coleslaw but my hubby is and he said this recipe is spectacular.

Okay, so maybe those are my words but he did say the coleslaw was “dang good” between bites. lOL!
