5-Minute Colorful Coleslaw In A Vinegar Base – Fresh And Crisp

Coleslaw is one of those staple salads that you need at every picnic. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a Lion’s Club chicken BBQ without there being baked beans and coleslaw to go along with it. Normally, I’m a creamy coleslaw kind of gal but this vinegar based coleslaw certainly hits the spot. Plus, it’s a joy to look at with its collaboration of colors. make sure to serve this little gem in a glass bowl so you can see the beautiful cornucopia.

Now, the recipe calls for red wine vinegar but I didn’t have any. What I did have were vodka and apple cider vinegar. I decided that going with the latter would be best 🙂
