There’s No Way To Lose With This Scrumptious Bean Soup

I refuse to make this any other way again!

All the bean and pea soup recipes I’ve grown to love, have had at least one thing in common. They’ve all had meat in them. Whether it’s been ground beef or turkey, or a ham bone, it’s always been there. I don’t know why but it had never occurred to me that you could make such a soup without meat and still have stupendous flavor. I always thought it was the meat that brought all the best aromas in there.

That was until I tried this awesome 3 bean veggie soup. It looked so delicious, I just couldn’t resist it. It was a very cold and rainy day so the timing was perfect for such a warm, comforting meal. I did have my doubts about not adding any meat, but I sure as heck wasn’t going to go out in the rain just to pick up some from the grocery store.

Lucky me, I had all of the ingredients at hand (don’t worry if you don’t, you can easily switch or omit some of them without losing flavor) so I set everything up and started cooking.

Quick Tip: This is a vegetarian meal, however, if you prefer you could definitely add your favorite kind of meat in this.
