When it comes to summer desserts I’m all about the pineapple. I love this wonderful tropical fruit and I enjoy making yummy cakes with it. When I first had this pineapple cream cake it was during a party that my sister was hosting. I can’t remember if it was her or one of her friends who made the treat but it was GOOD! Naturally, I had to seek out the recipe and tweak it to make it my own. Now, I’m sharing it with you!
The cake is really fun to decorate, especially if you have a knack for using those frilly cake piping kits.
