Pork Chops With Pineapple Fried Rice Make The Perfect Packed Lunch

Before I started working from home, I worked for a real estate firm as a Copywriter. When you work in offices, it’s inevitable to establish bonds with your colleagues most especially with those in the same department. I belong to the Marketing Department where all people were creative and had their own quirks. I had a colleague named Erica.

Erica was born with a silver spoon in her mouth and was only forced to work because her father wanted her to gain some experience before she worked for him. Every day, Erica brought lunch to the office because she didn’t want to eat the cafeteria food. Most of her packed lunch were gourmet; food which name we couldn’t pronounce.

One day, she finally had a lunch that we could say without our tongues getting twisty pork chops with pineapple fried rice. It tasted divine actually. She was kind enough to share a portion with us just so we could taste it.

We practically begged her for it because its amazing smell filled the pantry and our mouths just watered even by just the smell. This recipe that I will share with you reminds me of Erica’s gourmet food. I assure you though that you don’t need super expensive ingredients that her cook might have used!

Quick Tip: The pork chops are a meal in themselves, and you can serve them with salad, noodles, mashed potatoes, or anything.
