The simple things in life are what I enjoy most about my day to day adventures. Chocolate cupcakes and nothing else are delicious. Sometimes, I just don’t want all of that frosting interfering with my cake LOL! The recipe on the next page details a very basic chocolate cupcake recipe that is easy to make and devilishly delicious. I made a double batch of these cupcakes and froze one-half in my deep freezer for later.
The great thing about freezing these yummy cupcakes is you can easily pull them out of the freezer, frost them if you want too, and take them to a party or get-together. Enjoy!
