Apple and cinnamon anything is always good. It reminds me of my grandma’s house. Whether she was cooking something or just had a candle going, it was her favorite scent. I like to cook once and a while, baking isn’t my favorite, so when I found these apple cinnamon energy bombs on Taste And See, I thought…my prayers had been answered! The first thing that drew me in was of course the apple and cinnamon.
I instantly thought of Grams and knew she would love these. Then I saw that they were no-bake…and I knew it was right up my alley. I got all the ingredients the next time I hit the supermarket and gave them a whirl.
They were so simple to toss together, and they tasted amazing! I couldn’t wait for my kids to get home so that I could let them taste one too. If they liked them, we had a real winner…and thankfully…they did! I make these pretty regularly now and they always disappear really fast.
