My husband once told me that he loved bourbon chicken. I had never tried it so I asked him where he had enjoyed that plate so I could go give it a try and see what all the fuss was all about. Well, I headed over to a local restaurant and asked for a plate of bourbon chicken. It turns out this is absolutely amazing! Where has this been my whole life? I want to eat it up by the spoonful while that bit of sauce gets soaked up by the rice.
Mmm, mmm, good! This is super easy to make in a crock pot. Like most slow cooker recipes, you just have to dump everything in and go mind your own business.
When you come back, you will find a perfectly delicious meal sitting in your handy dandy and ultra-trusty crock pot. I mean, what could be better than knowing you are serving a home cooked meal to your family but you did not have to go through all the hassle? That totally makes my day and makes my job that much easier!
