You’ll Be Hoppin’ For These Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches!

Give these beef and cheddar sandwiches a shot. They are way better than anything Arby’s could ever offer you. I can remember a ton of eating going on during my youth group days as well. My friends over at Facebook have come up with one of the best beef and cheddar sandwich recipes I’ve ever seen and they are super simple to make. The ingredients you’ll be using are easy to come by and won’t break your bank account, either!

My mother was usually one of the church ladies that helped to prepare these snacks and meals for us. Those were the days!

Ingredients

3 lbs beef chuck roast

1 ounce Lipton dry onion soup mix

1 beef bouillon cube

3 ounces sliced mushrooms, with juice

Instructions

Cook beef until tender.

Pull apart into shreds, saving beef juice.

Use no salt as this contains boullion.

Mix all ingredients into beef mixture and reheat.

Perfect in a crockput.

Serve on fresh rolls.
