You Won’t Believe What These 3 Ingredients Can Do!

It was one of those weeks. I hadn’t made it to the grocery store yet, and I didn’t feel like going either. The kitchen wasn’t very well stocked, but I had to make something for dinner. I almost always have some chicken breast in the freezer, so that’s what got taken out for dinner that night. I had no clue what I was going to do with it though. There wasn’t much in the pantry. I went to the fridge and found some butter, sprinkled a little salt, and popped the chicken in the oven hoping for a miracle.

Much to my surprise, it came out really good. Much better than what I thought. The butter just made the chicken moist and tender with that buttery flavor…it was actually really good. It was just like this recipe from All Recipes.

My family all ate it up without compliant. My husband actually asked how I made it knowing we were short on supplies. “Just a little Mom magic is all.” Now that I know, I usually will sprinkle on some extra seasonings that I have on hand.

It’s flavorful enough the way it is, but it’s extremely versatile and easy to mess around with without ruining the flavor.
