I was chatting it up with one of my girlfriends over coffee a while back, and we decided that it was time for us to take a day shopping trip to the city. We were both always so busy taking care of our families and our households, we barely ever had time to do anything for ourselves. After a short discussion, we decided to go that very weekend. We drove about an hour to the nearest shopping center that morning, and shopped until we dropped for hours.
Before we knew it, it was lunch time, and we were starving! There was a little place in the mall that said they specialized in wrap sandwiches so we thought we would give it a try. When I saw the Reuben wrap, similar to this one from Group Recipes, there was no question about what I was going to get.
I love Reuben sandwiches, so I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to have it in a wrap. When we found our table and sat down, I dug right in. It was amazing! I searched the recipe right away that night when we got home and printed it out. It’s my new favorite way to eat this kind of sandwich!
