We all have problems with leftovers, which is why we often find ourselves thinking of different ways on how to store them or turn them into something new. Most of us use leftover turkey for pasta or for soup. Usually I just turn my leftover turkey into turkey salad. I put mayonnaise, a little lemon juice, pineapple chunks, pepper, and salt to the turkey and mix them all together. This recipe introduces us to a creative way of using our leftover turkey.
Our friend over at Two Peas And Their Pod has this to say about this recipe:
“Is your fridge bursting with leftovers? Are you wondering what to do with all of that turkey? Well, we are here to help! Use your leftover turkey to make these easy Leftover Turkey Cranberry Melts.”
