When it comes to desserts, I like to go for the easy-to-make ones. Or the prepare-ahead ones. Or the set-it-and-forget-it ones! If I’ve spent all that time preparing for the actual dinner, by the time we get to dessert I just want to sit back and enjoy it. I want it to be hassle free, but I also want it to be delicious. I mean, who wants a dessert that tastes “just ok” or doesn’t really taste like much at all? No-one, that’s for sure.
