This is so good because it is layers of flavors that everyone truly loves. It has a bit of beef, enchilada sauce, can have beans, cheese, sour cream, guac and any other flavor you really like to go with this. You can add veggies, or layers of tortillas and will end up with a wonderful appetizer that your friends are sure to love and really make them come back for more. Do not be afraid to give this a try at home.
I assure you, your guests will love it! Check out what our friends over at The Girl Who Ate Everything had to say about this:
“Now if you want to get fancy you can add a big dollop of sour cream and olives in the middle and sprinkle it with chopped cilantro. The best part is that this feeds a crowd!”
